Terms & Conditions

• There will be no charge for cancellations over 24 hours

• Cancellations under 24 hours - 50% of the session charge will be sent to the client. Missed appointments - 100% of the session charge will be sent to the client

• All treatments, rehab/exercise session will start and finish at the time booked. Clients who are late, will consequently have a shorter session as I will finish the session at the allotted time, in preparation for the next client.

• There is a 30 minute gap between each client for cleaning and ventilation

• Vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase date and produced on the treatment

• If I have to cancel your PT, Rehab, Acupuncture, Exercise Therapy or Massage treatment, another will be booked in to replace it as soon as it is possible and convenient for both parties
